We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Lucky’s, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be put into production 120 minutes after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations after this time will incur a 30% materials and processing fee.
And generally, cancellation is not allowed once personalized/engraved/special orders are started, so please check your personalized information carefully before submitting the order.
If you insist on canceling the custom order, 50% customization and material processing fees will be incurred.
No cancellations are allowed after the order has been shipped.

Return and Exchange Instructions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for returns and exchanges shall not exceed 30 days from receipt of the original order.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with no scratches or signs of wear, and may not be resized or altered in any way.
4. Please use your local post office when returning items. If we fail to receive a return package returned via another carrier, the buyer will be responsible for the loss.
5. When returning items, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Notice:
- 1. The return address is not the address on your package, so please contact our customer service first and obtain return authorization.
- 2. Products with “engraved”, “customized”, “personalized”, “photographs” and “personally customized jewelry” will not be returned or exchanged after final sale.
- 3. Return and reshipment costs are borne by the buyer.
- 4. Although you may have enjoyed free shipping or low-cost shipping, the original shipping fee is not refundable. If it is a free shipping order, postage will be deducted.
- 5. For the UK and EU countries, 20% value-added tax (VAT) will be deducted.
In the following cases, lucky will resend new products.
1. The customer received the wrong item.
2. Item is damaged, defective or incorrectly engraved. (For damaged or defective items, customers must contact lucky customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refund
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.
Please note:
Standard shipping charges before discounts will apply and no refunds will be given. Although you may have received free or underpriced shipping, we do cover the original shipping cost for every order. Therefore, we do not refund original shipping charges.
